Run For A Cause is back for a second year, this time with an expanded program to suit everyone and their dog in running, walking or rolling. So...what are you waiting for?
DETAILS TO HELP YOU RUN THIS CITY
WHEN: Sunday.
WHERE: Start/finish in north-west corner of Victoria Park, Gilles Street side. Courses pass Lake Wendouree.
WEATHER: Ideal conditions, top of 15C and cloudy
EVENTS: RUN - 8am start, half-marathon; 8.15, 10km; 9.00, 5km; 10.15, 1km (children's dash). WALK - 9am, 5km family event, pets included.
CAUSE: Early childhood development programs: Ballarat Reads, Ballarat Community Health's paediatric programs, Eureka Mums, Eureka Community Kindergarten Association, Uniting Ballarat, Ballarat Toy Library and Playgroup Victoria's Sebastopol Hub.
RACE PACKS: Collect from event village in Victoria Park, Saturday 12-4pm, Sunday 6.30-8.30am.
