Eureka advanced with a thrilling one-goal win over reigning premier Brown Hill Forgers in a semi-final of the Ballarat Netball Association premier competition.
With it, Eureka put the pain of a winless 2018 season behind it.
Coach Jenni Nicholls has held the nucleus of her squad together for three years and her smile was the broadest in the BNA stadium.
Eureka led by three goals at three-quarter time, but Brown Hill pegged that back and took the lead with six minutes to play.
Eureka steadied, with shooter Maddi Selmon accurate when it counted, and led by one with 13 seconds to play.
Brown Hill had a shot in the dying moments to try to level the scores, but missed.
Dela showed its class to get past Wendouree by 17 goals.
Wendouree took the lead early, with goalkeeper Tara Ford playing her best game of the season, but Dela's defensive unit of Beth Smith and Marcelle Geljon stepped up their pressure in the second quarter and starved the Wendouree shooters of opportunity.
Lydia Jordan was outstanding for Dela to lead from the front. Lavinia Fox shot 11 goals from 12 attempts in the final quarter as Dela drew away.
The grand final will be played at 8pm and live streamed through The Athlete's Foot Ballarat and Ballarat Netball Association Facebook pages.
