Claire Constable re-signed with the club ahead of its second NBL1 campaign.
She is the third signing in as many weeks for squad which also added Chanise Jenkins and club veteran Kristy Rinaldi.
The shooting-guard said she couldn't be happier to be back.
"I am super excited to be back playing with the Selkirk Ballarat Rush in season 2020," she said.
"I have played most of my career with the Rush and I am looking forward to another fantastic season with such a great club.
"I am looking forward to playing once again under coach Eric Hayes and assistant Megan Collins who are both supportive coaches and always go above and beyond for our team."
Constable was part of last season's Rush team which finished 12th on the NBL1 ladder. She was hopeful the Rush could improve in 2020.
"We really hit some great form in the back half of 2019 and I can't wait to get back on the court with all the girls and build on what we developed last season," she said.
"Along with playing in a brand new stadium, I can't wait to get back into it."
Elite Teams Manager Glenn White said the inclusion of local Claire Constable showed the success of local players being able to perform in NBL1.
"It's very important that we continue to develop our local Ballarat and Western Victorian Region players," he said.
