A 63-year-old woman has died four days after her car veered into a tree following a crash.

A 52-year-old Noble Park man was driving a grey Lexus sedan on Pilmer Street in Bacchus Marsh when his car collided with a white Holden Commodore at the intersection of Graham Street about 3.20pm on November 26.
As a result, the Commodore - being driven by the 63-year-old Bacchus Marsh woman - then crashed into a tree and the woman was transported to hospital with serious injuries.
She later died in hospital on November 30.
The passenger of the Commodore, a 55-year-old Bacchus Marsh man, was uninjured.
The Noble Park man is assisting police with their inquiries.
