Will anybody use it?
I have lived in places where public gym equipment was installed on boardwalks and in parks. There was never anyone using them. The idea that people who are uncomfortable in a gym would somehow be comfortable in the great outdoors for all the public to witness, is a misconception. There are already many people walking, jogging, cycling and playing on the playgrounds. Please leave the lake as it is . However, I suppose it could provide a new roosting place for the birds.

Bring Back the Real Music.
We might be old and grey, but we won't be silent. 3BA, please explain to us why Frank Clark and the Rock-n-Roll Hit Parade has suddenly, unceremoniously and brutally been axed from your radio station. No, we didn't attend Spilt Milk, we much prefer the real music of the 50's and 60's bands. We, your valued and loyal listeners, are not irrelevant and neither is our music. Show some respect for your elders and reinstate the program, please!

The helpers who need help
Time is a luxury some people don't have when they need help urgently. Everybody knows this surely. Mental health staff, among others in a caring role, are really struggling. These people have to turn people away. That must be the hardest thing to do. This government will go down in history as the meanest and greediest. They take care of themselves and their friends first and foremost, and to hell with the poor and the frail.
