From every angle we know it's ceased to exist.
Could the owners of the faded yellow cage upon which the clock rests do something to improve the degrading infrastructure and please remove the clock from its perch?

Public money spent elsewhere is wasted when you drive down Sturt Street and are greeted lifelessness.
People view the Bridge Mall as without value but it holds so much for so many.
Start from the outside and work your way in. Its potential is great and yet to be realised.
