When I read about the Survival Day Dawn Gathering The Courier December 10, I was instantly moved to think how wonderful such a step has been taken to bring some coming together on January 26. It is a small step, but it needs support from all Australians in recognising the traumas suffered by Australia's First People and the horrors of the Stolen Generation.
