The students will be treated to coaching from international and national star players. Sean Aaron, current Australian men's team goal-keeper, is attending from Lacrosse Victoria. He will be joined by Doug Fox, a former Australian team captain, as well as two of Victoria's most promising juniors from the Camberwell Lacrosse Club.
Goldfields and District Lacrosse Association president and former state league and Victorian representative Tasi Stampoultzis praised the school for its initiative.
"It is a safe, exciting and skilful team sport for both genders," he said.
"Great opportunities exist for juniors starting now as lacrosse is on a pathway for Olympic inclusion in 2028."
New juniors are welcome to join Ballarat Royals Lacrosse and details are on the club's website and Facebook page.
