Braunsteins won the final criterium of 2019, which had 61 riders from eight different clubs racing in breezy but fine conditions on Wednesday.
He finished ahead of Liam White and Craig Lee, who rounded out the division one podium.
Meanwhile Azim Aliyas took out the division two category. He was followed up by Scott Keating in second and Siebren Van Der Harst in third.
Firdaus Sharum was crowned champion of division three. Marshall Gladman came in second, while Dan Crook finished third.
Fourth division was won by Firdaus Surana also, edging out Iqbal Daniel and Iskandariah Medina.
And Ben Meakin was first across the finish linen in the Future Stars division.
He was followed up by Alistair Forsyth, who came in second, while Campbell Gladman rounded out third spot on the podium for the event.
