It's a big thrill for the competitors, who will test their might against the best swimming talent in the state next week.
Club President Shelley Bowen said it was a remarkable achievement.
"The club is extremely proud of the eleven club members who have qualified for the State Championships," she said.
Ava Richardson and Liela and Jonas Paar, all of who are from Hepburn, are three of the swimmers who will compete at the Melbourne State Aquatic Centre.
Jonas, who achieved a national qualifying time in the 200 metre breaststroke, will compete in four events at the meet. Meanwhile sister Leila, along with Ava, will vie for success in the freestyle and medley relay team.
It will be one of nine events Ava will take part in across the week.
Her ultimate goal is to achieve a national qualifying time in the freestyle and butterfly events.
Ballarat Swimming Club head coach Kirsten Lowe-Jabornik, who is a former national coach, said anything was possible for the Ballarat swimmers.
Bowen said she was appreciative of the hard work and dedication displayed by Lowe-Jabornik, as she continued to support swimmers to achieve their goals.
She said the swimmers have also qualified for a multitude of events at the Victorian Country Championships in Warrnambool in January.
