The athletic youngster played seven senior matches for the Devils last campaign and shapes as a good ruck option for new Towners coach Glenn Wilkins.
Scott Howson is another to have made a move from the Ballarat competition.
He joins the Towners from Bacchus Marsh, where he booted 27 goals in the reserves during 2019.
Jamie Hetherton and Jacob Wood have also confirmed a move to Dunnstown.
Hetherton is expected to add to the Towners' small forward stocks and arrives from Broadford in the Riddell District league.
Wood, touted as a skillful defender or winger, last played for Tallangatta in the Tallangatta and District ranks.
Dunnstown vice-president Joel Murphy said a number of returning players were also set to bolster the list in 2020.
Tom Botter (knee injury) and past club best and fairest Kayle Mullane (work commitments) are expected to return to Dunnstown after time away from the game.
"We also have some good under-18s coming through that got a taste of senior footy last year. Both looked at home in the ones so hopefully they can continue to improve," he said.
Murphy said Wilkins had enjoyed a few training sessions with the senior group and had settled in well to the new role.
"He's really knowledgeable and the boys have been excited by the new voice and different philosophies that he has," Murphy said.
