The side took two of the three rinks during the afternoon's premier division battle to eventually prevail by 21 shots, 79-58.

The result, thanks to wins from skippers Wal Whitehead and Mick Sloper, has closed the gap on top team Ballarat to just 10 points.
Saturday was a good day for Learmonth, which got itself off the bottom of the ladder thanks to a commanding victory at Central Wendouree.
Skippers David Pike, David Kelly and Greg Plier all won their rink clashes to help Learmonth prevail by 20 shots.
The result secured 16 points and saw the side jump over Creswick.
The Wickers suffered a heavy defeat at the hands of Webbcona, which landed a 32-shot triumph on its opponents' home green.
Webbcona remains in fourth place on the table following the win, while Creswick has slumped to last position.
The Ballarat District Bowls Division Saturday Pennant competition - across all nine divisions - now takes a break for the next two weekends before resuming with round 12 of the season on January 11.
