The action begins on Friday at noon with the fixed gear race, followed by the national team crits.
The under 19 men begin at 2.05pm, before the under 19 women at 2.45pm.
The Sturt Street Hill Climb Challenge - open to all - is at 3.20pm, with the under 23 men at 3.55pm.
The elite men take the course at 5pm sharp, followed by the Hill Climb Challenge final.
The elite and under 23 women start at 6.25pm.
The elite men's and women's races will be livestreamed on the SBS Cycling Central website and Facebook page.
Sturt Street will be closed between Raglan Street and Grenville Street from 6am to 10pm, and cross streets will also be closed for this time between Mair Street or Bath Lane and Dana Street, though the Midland Highway through Doveton Street will remain open until 10.30am.
Traffic, including public transport, will be diverted along Mair or Dana streets, or Raglan or Grenville streets during this time.
Parking will also be restricted in the area.
There'll be plenty to do along the median strip, with bars and entertainment between races.
Racing moves to Buninyong on Saturday and Sunday.
