The Cycling Australia Road National Championships crescendos with a weekend in Buninyong.
Cyclists take on the prestigious Mount Buninyong course, heading uphill on the highway before winding through Federation University and crossing through the middle of town.

Several roads will be closed around Buninyong, including the Midland Highway - check the RoadNats website for more details.
The road races will begin from 8am on Saturday morning, starting with the para-cycling events, including a race for cyclists with an intellectual impairment for the first time.
The under 19 women's event will be next, starting at 10.10am, followed by the under 19 men's event, starting at 10.20am.
The under 23 men's event will be the penultimate race on Saturday, starting at 1.30pm, with the Grand Fondo finishing the first day of the road race at 4.30pm - this race is for everyone to enter, register online to have a go.
Cycling Australia will donate $5 for every Gran Fondo entry to the Bendigo Bank's bushfire relief appeal.
Sunday will bring an end to the 2020 National Championships, starting with the under 23 and elite women's road race at 8am, followed by the elite men's event, which starts at 12.30pm.
Anywhere up the climb is good to stake out a place to watch, but be sure to make your way back to the finish line on Warrenheip Street for the end of the race.
Sunday's races will be shown live on SBS and online.
