The closure happened on December 15, just before the start of the school holidays, after an agreement was reached to terminate the licence of the current contract.
Inflatable World Managing Director Brett Clark said the business, which has 48 licences across the country, hopes to secure a new licensee in Ballarat in the next few months.
"We licence the product all over Australia, we partner with major indoor sports venues.
"We came to a mutual agreement back in August that we would be closing up when we did."
Mr Clark said Inflatable World was keen to continue in Ballarat.
"It's disappointing as we pride ourselves on making an affordable entertainment product," he said.
"We just need to find a new licensee and if there's any interest, we'd be keen to hear from you."
