Fuller and Trezise claimed respective wins in the junior women and junior men criteriums on Friday night and backed it up with success in the under-19 division on Saturday.
The Dubbo-based Fuller was contesting her first road nationals and managed to defeat a field of 19 other riders over the 69.6km journey.
"I'm really stoked, I came here hoping to take this race and it's pretty exciting to pull it off, I'm speechless really," Fuller said.
Trezise, from Darling Downs Cycling Club/Futuro Cycling, was too good for the field of 85 in the men's race over 104.4km.
"The feeling hasn't quite sunk in yet I don't think, but this is amazing," Trezise said.
