Lynch was part of the Victorian side that finished fifth overall in the women's division.
She took two catches and made seven stumpings with the gloves.
The Ian Healy Award recognises the leading wicket-keeper of the championships, which was this year held in Toowoomba.
Lynch, who made 121 runs with the bat including a half century in round one, was also named in the women's team of the carnival alongside Victorian teammate Teagan Parker.
Wendouree pair Sam Miller and Cole Roscholler were part of the Victorian men's side which claimed the title.
The Vics defeated Western Australia in last Saturday's grand final.
