Nebras Power Investment Management has secured a 49 per cent stake in the 149-tower project, with original developers Goldwind retaining its 51 per cent share.
The agreement was signed on Monday in Doha.
A media release noted this was Nebras' first investment in the Australian power sector.
"The transaction has been fully backed by Goldwind's as well as Nebras' senior management and Board of Directors and is deemed to be in the best interest of both companies and their respective shareholders," the media release reads.
As of January 3, 43 turbines are fully installed and a further 22 are under construction.
There are still several road closures in place, including at times along the Beaufort-Skipton Road as cables are laid.
