At 9.15pm last night multiple brigades were called to a blaze at Nerrina, in which a car was on fire.
Several cars have been burned in that area in recent months.
Then, at 6.30am this morning firefighters were called out to another car fire on Howitt Street, Ballarat North.
Both fires have been deemed suspicious and are being investigated by police.
