The Rebels have been booked to take on Geelong Falcons on Saturday, March 28 in a curtain-raiser to the afternoon's AFLW showdown at GMHBA Stadium.
Following the under-18 fixture, Geelong and Collingwood will do battle.
The Rebels' 2020 campaign kicks off on February 29 with a clash against Sandringham Dragons at City Oval in Ballarat.
The nine-game home and away season concludes on May 9.
Meanwhile, Mars Stadium has been booked for two country triple-headers during the 2020 NAB League Boys season.
The first will be played in round one of the season on March 22 and the other later in the year on August 16.
Double-headers are also scheduled at Mars on June 14 and July 25.
The boys' home and away campaign will kick off on March 21 with a home encounter against the Dandenong Stingrays and conclude on the back of seven-straight home matches on August 16. A wildcard round will then be played before finals.
The two Rebels squads will head to Tasmania for matches in Launceston during early May.
