Haddon's Shaun McArthur and Luke Jackson from Carranballac are captaining the all-star line-ups, which they selected in a draft in November.

Seven of the GCA's top 10 run-makers this season will feature.

Jackson has the most prolific run scorer in Rokewood's Paul Wells, who has smacked 447 at an average of 49.67. Zac Hunter (Ballarat Fire Brigade) is his other big rungetter, with 309 at 61.80.

McArthur's team features Andrew Doolan (Lexton) 342 at 34.2, Connor Palmer (Carngham) 263 at 52.7, Wayne Anthony (Haddon) 259 64.75 and Eric Duff (Carranballac) 248 at 31.13. McArthur has made 322 at 107.33.

McArthur has the GCA's leading wicket-taker in Connor Palmer, who has claimed 22 scalps in 10 matches.

He will team up with McArthur on 12 wickets and Dean Murray (Lexton) with 15.

Jackson's attack features Santhosh Pati (Ballarat Fire Brigade) 19 wickets, Aaron Braeckmans (Haddon) 17 and Hunter 13.

The 4.30pm fixture will also feature music, children's entertainment, barbecue, and longest throw and hit competitions.

The forty40 match replaces the regular round of matches.
