Last year's King of Ballarat runner-up Travis Dawkins will be one of a number of Ballarat racers to take part in the event at Mt Baw Baw.
It will mark the second last round of the series, which will wrap up in March.
Dawkins said he was looking forward to the event.
"I've done alright there in the past, I've raced sixth there previously," he said.
The event will mark a return to the track for Dawkins, who suffered a string of injuries at the tail-end of 2019. After staying off the bike for eight weeks, he said he was getting back up to speed.
"I fractured my elbow then went to an event in Tasmania and broke my collarbone," he said.
The Vic series will mark the first event of the season for Dawkins, who will compete in the World Enduro Series in Canada later this year.
It will mark the first time he's competed in a world event, which he qualified for after finishing 19th at a World Enduro Series qualifying round in California in 2019.
He said it was a big thrill.
"I had to come in the top 20 and I came 19th, so I was pretty relieved," he said.
"I had a pretty bad day on the first day but managed to pull my finger out and ride well the next day."
