Koleski, who led the club to its first BDSA division one open grand final in two decades, will coach the club's division two side in 2020.
He will be replaced by division one defender James Milesi, who will assume the role of player-coach for the club's championship defence.
Milesi returned to the club last year following a number of years spent in Melbourne, where he played at a National Premier League level.
After playing at Daylesford-Hepburn as a junior, he spent time at Essendon Royals, Clayton Soccer Club and South Yarra Soccer Club before opting to come home.
Meanwhile Hiroshi Masuda will take on the role of assistant coach under Milesi.
The 46-year-old emerged as a fan favorite last year, with many within the club referring to him as the 'heart of the senior squad.'
He was instrumental in helping the club collect 15 wins and its first league title since 2001.
