A flash mob of about 70 members from Ballarat Lyric Theatre performed One More Day to promote their upcoming 11-show season of the musical.
Jolan Walker, who plays Jean Valjean, started the flash mob with the opening lines of the song before taking off his jacket to reveal their Les Miserable t-shirts.

While some shoppers initially seemed confused, the penny dropped as each new cast member joined the song and took off their street clothes to show the matching shirts and come together as a group.
The flash mob was also performed at Stockland Wendouree and Central Square with singers disguising themselves as shoppers.
Cast member Maxine Montgomery, who plays Madame Thenardier, said the flash mob was the perfect vehicle to show the talents of the cast to the public.
"We are getting our awesomeness out there in front of people and the sound we make when we do that. No matter how many times you hear it you still get goosebumps and this helps put that in front of people and hopefully they'll need to come and see the rest of the show," she said.
Mr Walker, who is making his debut with Ballarat Lyric Theatre, said the song One More Day allowed the full cast of the show to be heard.
"There's various other songs where you've got the four leads in the song, or one section of the cast, but not the ensemble. One More Day is the perfect song as it involves everyone - it's a really powerful way to convey us as a cast and what we are doing," he said.
The cast have been rehearsing since early October ahead of the season, which runs at Her Majesty's Theatre from February 27 to March 8.
"Everything is going great," Mr Walker said. "We're just getting the final polish on the show now that we're only a month out."
