All four other Saturday Pennant premier division bowls matches were abandoned, meaning all teams will receive eight points due to an incomplete round.
The Ballarat Cricket Association was also washed out on Saturday with junior and senior games cancelled.
In the first grade competition, two-day games will change to one-day fixtures next weekend.
