Known as the Warriors, the club has been established - with backing from the Golden Plains Shire Council - following the demise of Smythesdale.
They will play in the BFNL's under-9 footy competition in 2020 with the aim to grow in 2021 and beyond. The junior teams will essentially become a progression for youngsters involved in Auskick within the district.
The new jumpers feature a warrior logo with the words "Woady Yaloak Warriors" emblazoned on the front.
Among a number of conditions of entry into the BFNL, the league asked the club to change its Bulldogs branding proposal due to a clash with another side. The Woady Yaloak committee then settled on "Warriors" as its nickname.
The club will hold a come-and-try/registration day at the Haddon ground this Sunday, starting at 10am.
