The women produced a late push to defeat City Oval's Michelle Tait and Sarah Braybrook at Daylesford Bowling Club on Wednesday.
The Central Wendouree women rode a hot start to lead by two shots at the end of the fifth end. But some stellar bowling from Tait saw City Oval come within one shot on the sixth end.
With scores level on the 10th end, things changed dramatically when some beautiful bowling from Adams and O'Meara pushed their lead out to eight. It proved enough to sink Tait and Braybrook, who were unable to claw their way back.
Central Wendouree went on win by a comfortable margin.
Adams and O'Meara will now compete at a Regional level.
