The 100-strong cast and crew "bumped in" to the theatre last weekend, moving sets in and getting themselves established in their home for the next few weeks.
There have already been hundreds of hours of rehearsals, which began in October, ahead of the opening night on February 27.
Director Steve Armati said cast and crew had put in an enormous effort to prepare for the 11-show season but everyone was excited to get inside Her Majesty's.
"Nothing beats Her Majesty's; it's one of the most beautiful theatres and the campaign to get the work done was fantastic," he said.
"It was quite a surreal experience on Sunday bumping in. We've got a lot of first-timers in this cast and people who have done our last couple of shows at other venues so it was their first time inside Her Majesty's."
