The Kookaburras, who entered the finals as the fourth seed, overcame Ballarat by 16 shots in the competition semi-final on Saturday.
They will playoff against familiar foe Victoria in the decider.
For Ballarat, the loss means a straight-sets exit from the finals after topping the regular season ladder.
Sebastopol skipper Glenn Sargent said the high stakes would be nothing new for the club, which has faced do-or-die circumstances for three straight weeks.
"We've been playing grand finals for the last three weeks and we've been able to keep sneaking across the line when we've needed to," he said.
"It's a new game next week so who knows what could happen."
The Kookaburras claimed two out of three rinks in the match played at Ballarat East.
Anthony Holland's rink led the way for the club, with a 20-shot win over Ballarat skipper Brad Fothergill.
The performance laid the platform to victory for the club, which went on to win the match 86-70.
"The pressure was on us today right from the word go and we were hoping the Ballarat boys were feeling it as well," Sargent said.
"Anthony Holland's rink had a big day and that took the pressure off the rest of us."
Teammate Ian Warner further solidified Sebastopol's advantage with a two-shot triumph over Wes Lennecke, while Zac Stuart managed the only rink success for Ballarat, in what was a dark day for the club.
After going into the break up 14, Sargent said he knew Ballarat was always capable of turning the tables.
"It was just a case of keeping the pressure on and pushing hard, he said.
"We had the grand final in our sights and we had to keep on doing what we've been doing."
Sargent heaped praise on his second Paul Lovell, who bowled well all afternoon.
"He kept on putting bowls in good areas and took the pressure off all of us", Sargent said. The win marked the fourth in a row for the Kookaburras, who secured a finals spot in the last week of the regular season.
