Following three one-day internationals in Belfast, the teams will head across the Irish Sea for a sprint format series that runs from May 22-29.
The Oval, Chelmsford, Bristol and Edgbaston will be the venues.
"We greatly appreciate the support of the England and Wales Cricket Board and each of the venues involved in hosting this series," Cricket Ireland chief executive Warren Deutrom said on Monday.
"This will be a great set of fixtures being played in some of England's finest and most atmospheric grounds."
