The Kangaroos will front up in a practice match against Hampden league club Port Fairy at Learmonth.
East Point will also meet Bendigo side Golden Square at Ballarat High School on Saturday, March 28.
Last season's grand finalist Sebastopol will have two pre-season outings under lights at Marty Busch Reserve.
The first of these will be against the CHFL's Springbank on Friday, March 20 - matching up the Burra's new coach Michael Searl against his former side.
Sebastopol will then tackle St Joseph's from Geelong in a night game on Saturday, March 28.
Three clubs will play practice matches on Saturday.
New playing coach Tom German will take Bacchus Marsh to Geelong for an encounter with Bellarine league side Ocean Grove.
Ballarat heads to Noorat to face North Warrnambool (Hampden) and North Ballarat City takes on Bell Park (Geelong) at Mars Stadium.
