This will impact the Greater Western Victoria Rebels girls' round three encounter with Western Jets at Mars Stadium on Saturday and the boys' practice matches against Geelong Falcons at Mars Stadium on Sunday.
Sunday's programming included two under-18 games and one under-16 match.
NAB League country manager Lee Fraser, in a circular to clubs, said the health and safety of staff, players and fans was paramount.
"Therefore we want to reassure our football community that we are regularly consulting with the Australian Government, the World Health Organisation and the AFL's chief medical officers.
"Further, the health and safety of players, male and female, underpin our ability to conduct matches and provide the content that is so loved by our many fans, families, friends and supporters.
"As a result, we as an industry must do all we can to protect our players from contracting Covid-19 by mitigating any potential impact on being able to play matches.
"Therefore, we are keen to put protocols in place for the weekend of NAB girls' games and NAB League boys' practice games."
- Attendance at games is restricted to players, officials, umpires and immediate family members. Please limit the amount of family and friends coming to watch the games. Ideally only parents and dependant siblings should attend. Please discourage all other family members and friends from attending.
- Only players, officials and umpires are to enter the playing arena at any time including quarter breaks.
- Only players, officials and umpires are allowed into the changerooms.
- When at the game look to spread yourself out so that there is at least a 2m gap from other people.
- Where there are multiple games involved at the same venue please leave immediately after your game.
- If you have any symptoms of a cold or a cough, please do not attend the game.
- A precautionary perimeter between attendees and the players and team staff is encouraged.
- Players and staff to continue sanitary practices at all games during this time to minimise the chance of exposure.
- Communal use of water bottles should be avoided at all times. In the short term it would be prudent to have all players be in possession of their own drink bottle.
- If manual therapies are deemed an absolute necessity, additional time per player should be allocated to complete cleaning with appropriate surface disinfectant of all equipment.
