The Lions bounced back from a below par batting performance to defeat reigning premier East Ballarat by nine runs in a tense semi-final at the Eastern Oval on Sunday.
Needing 175 for another grand final appearance, East Ballarat collapsed - losing 5-28 after seemingly having a firm grip on the two-day match - to be all out for 165.
Darley will take on Golden Point, which had the better of Mt Clear by four wickets in an enthralling clash at Alfredton.
Point chased down the Mounties' 9-238 with seven overs remaining, but the win was not as comfortable as it looked.
This will be Darley's second appearance in a grand final, having lost to Wendouree three years ago and comes in a season in which it is unbeaten after finishing on top.
Darley had to fight all the way after Hawks paceman Ollie Hayes snared 6-50 on Saturday.
Opening batsman Anthony Taylor kept the Lions in the game with 76 to get them to 174.
East Ballarat looked on target to chase down Darley comfortably more than once, but each time the Lions were able to claim multiple wickets.
Chris Jerram did his best to get East home with a patient 51, but Madushanka Ekanayaka ensured Darley had the last say with 4-37.
With runs hard to come by early on each day at Alfredton, Steve Nicholson, 79, and Nathan Yates, 50, put Mt Clear in a healthy position after reaching 9-238 on Saturday.
Golden Point was in trouble early on day two at 2-12.
Skipper Josh White, 72, led the first revival, but his departure at 5-144 had the game marginally in Mt Clear's favour.
Lachlan Anderson became the hero for Point with an unbeaten 67.
The match looked set to down to the last few overs, but the last 17 runs came in two overs to Golden Point with plenty of time to spare.
