The club, which fell as low as seventh on the ladder after Christmas, produced a fairytale ending to thrash Victoria by 36 shots at Webbcona on Sunday.
The win marked the fifth in a row for the Kookaburras, who only just scraped into the finals a few weeks ago.
"The odds were probably about a 100-1 then so we should've put some money on ourselves," Sebastopol skipper Anthony Holland joked after the match.
"Credit to the boys, we easily could have given up when we fell to seventh but we held strong."
The Kookaburras won a perfect three out of three rinks on-route to a 85-49 victory.
Ian Warner's rink overcame Barry Clarke's rink by 10 shots. Glenn Sargent edged out Wayne Lynch by two shots, while Holland led his rink to a commanding 24-shot success over Sunni Haynes.
After going into tea with a 24-shot advantage, Warner said the hot start paved the way to victory.
"We were thrilled with the way we got started," he said.
"The fact we got a big lead was enormous, so it was a thrilling victory for our club."
The Vics stayed the course despite the big margin, fighting back after lunch to come within 14 shots. Sargent said he never once felt safe.
"In grand finals you always feel pressure," he said.
They've won plenty of flags over the last 10 years and we knew they were a quality outfit and we had to keep the pressure on them."
The loss puts a damper on what had been a promising season for Victoria, which was one of three clubs to come across from the Geelong premier league.
Vics skipper Barry Clarke said his players tried their hardest, but Sebastopol made the shots that counted.
"We just had a bad day, I don't know if the week off had anything to do with it but nobody handled the pace of the green well," he said.
"They got away to a good start and we got back later in the game but couldn't go on with it."
After celebrating with beer at Webbcona, the Kookaburras capped off the win with a dinner at their home club. When asked what was in store for the evening, Warner was brief.
"Very big celebration," he said.
