The club has purchased footballs and netballs and handed them out to youngsters in recent weeks.
Hepburn president Jason Dooley said it was hoped the balls could keep the kids practicing while training and matches were suspended.
"We understand the impact this has, especially on our kids. The disappointment and uncertainty can be a big thing to deal with so on a positive note the committee has decided to buy every Hepburn junior footy and netball player - including our baby Burra Auskickers - a brand new footy or netball in the correct size for their age group...," Dooley said.
Play in the Central Highlands league has been put on hold due to the coronavirus outbreak until at least May 31.
