Quinlan landed a double - winning on Ofortuna ($2 favourite) from the stable of her partner Craig Demmler in the Ballarat Commercial Laundry 3yo Trot, 2200m, and Illawong Astro ($5.80) from her own team in the C&L Electrical Pace, 2200m.
Maree and John Caldow, Andy and Kate Gath, and Jess Tubbs and Greg Sugars also kept it in the family with victories on the eight-race card.
The Caldows added to their run of success with the progeny of former smart racemare Mesmerizing with Musztang ($5.50) in the Cooke & Foley 3yo Pace, 2200m.
Group 1-placed Mesmerizing won 19 times and has gone on to leave six winners, including Madeeba (11 wins), Meziah (six wins) and Messerati (seven wins) for the Caldow family.
Musztang has won his latest two starts and now looks set to go on with the job.
Former New Zealander Eureka 9 ($1.40 favourite) made it three wins from four starts since joining the Gath stable at Long Forest with a slashing performance in the Hewitt & Whitty Pace, 1710m.
With a slick pace set up front, Eureka finished hard to edge out Wotdidusaay in a mile rate of 1:54.7.
Eureka is unlucky not to have a perfect record in Australia, having been pulled up after breaking gear at Cranbourne.
Vouchers ($1.40 favourite) also produced a quick time for Tubbs and Sugars in the Eureka Concrete Pace, 1710m - rating 1:55.8.
Dunnstown trainer-driver David Murphy flew the hometown flag.
He led all the way on Meet Michaelangelo ($4) in the Ballarat Veterinary Practice Trot, 2200m.
The seven-year-old has now won two of his latest three outings, each in Ballarat, to give him three career wins.
Burrumbeet driver Ryan Duffy, fresh from a Melton treble, kept his run going with a tearaway win on the Geoff Webster-trained Scruffy Doolan ($2.20 favourite) in the Ballarat Sound Trotters Handicap, 2200m.
Scruffy Doolan had 25m to spare on the line after leading throughout and running his rivals off their legs.
Ballarat and District Trotting Club will have its next region-based race meeting under lights on Friday, April 17.
