The Ballarat Football League season is on hold with the COVID-19 virus having brought sport to a standstill.
AFL Victoria has suspended all aspects of community football until at least May 31.
Hopes remain that an abbreviated football season might be able to be played.

Just as they did after for their first premiership in 2018, the Kangaroos have hardly had a ripple when it comes to player movement at the top end of their list.
Every player who was part of the grand final victory over Sebastopol remains in red, blue and white.
And on top of that you can throw in the luckless Bryson McDougall, who has was ruled out of the season decider with a strained hamstring.
Coach Jake Bridges is as layback as ever. He is not one for making predictions.
As far as Bridges is concerned, everyone is back on an even playing field at the start of a new season.
As always though, there is no doubting his confidence in his player group.
"Physically and mentally they're ready for another crack. We're well prepared and ready to go."
Why would he be in any other frame of mind?
The bond between coach and players is second to none in the competition and you would expect nothing less after life-bonding back-to-back flags.
More of the same. This will be main objective of the Kangaroos and more than enough to take them a long way.
ON THE FIELD
Despite the stability of the player list, there are needs for change.
The ruck make-up will be intriguing. Jaykeb Lench came on a long way in his first year at senior level at the club.
He had to carry much of the workload, but after a late-season injury was unable to force his way back into the line-up as the Kangaroos settled on using Dallas Martin with pinch-hitters Mitch Walsh and Joel Van Meel.
The biggest watch will potentially be on Joe Dodd, who since debuting in 2016 has had a continual run of injuries. He has long been considered one of the best midfield talents at East Point, but has only managed a handful of games.
Not for the first time, BFL premier East Point has made minimal changes to its player list in the off-season.
PLAYER MOVEMENTS
With player retention high and still untapped junior graduates, there has been no need to recruit too hard.
Lachie Barber (Kangaroo Flat) has increased the Nhill connection, joining Jake McQueen and Lucas Dahlenburg at the Eastern Oval, with all three from the Wimmera town.
Sam Cue (Springbank) has returned to his original football home in a virtual straight swap with premiership player Chris Quinlan.
Mitch Walsh look-alike Chris Harry (WA) is another returning to the club where he played under-age football, while there are new young faces with potential to impact.
