The Suncorp Team Girls Online Netball Clinics, which kicked off on Wednesday, offer the netball community free access to live online workouts delivered by elite netballers.
There is also health, fitness, nutrition and wellbeing sessions.
Netball Australia and NETFIT have partnered with Suncorp to deliver the clinics during the COVID-19 crisis.
"As we spend more time at home, we know everyone is looking for interesting ways to keep busy and physically active, particularly across the school holidays. We're thrilled to bring these free netball clinics to lounge rooms and backyards in partnership with NETFIT and Suncorp," Netball Australia chief executive Marne Fechner said.
Suncorp's executive general manager of brand and marketing Mim Haysom said the business was proud to help provide access to netball content for girls to "remain engaged with the sport they love".
"The Suncorp Team Girls Online Clinics program is a great way for girls to enjoy a sense of togetherness while physically separated, stay active, and maintain a positive team girls mentality," she said.
The clinics, which can be found at www.netfitnetball.com.au, run from 9am-3pm and have been organised for every Monday, Wednesday and Friday until May 22.
