Lateral Plains has taken to social media to let hospitality workers left unemployed to bring their computers to the business, offering a free PC audit and clean to help people prepare resumes and cover letters.
Lateral Plains' Tevita Topui told The Courier the business made the decision to do its part in helping those most affected by the hospitality shutdown.
"It was a decision we came to at our executive meeting," he said.
The service will aim to clear computers of any viruses, while also installing free software if needed to help job-seekers in preparing resumes and cover letters to send to potential employers.
While Mr Topui said the service is by no means essential, he believes while Lateral Plains remains open, it is a service that may help give job-seekers the push-start they need.
"While this isn't the most important work being done at the moment, it's our way of giving back to those who are really struggling.

"A lot of these people are from clients that we've known for a number of years. We know the staff and we want to help, it's as simple as that."
The organisation has been busy over the past few weeks working to assist medical professionals during the COVID-19 pandemic.
George Fong told The Courier the organisation has been in discussions with medical professionals to help develop specialised software for remote consultation.
"(Lateral Plains) is working on setting up a dedicated online consultation video service for (GP's)," he said.
"Skype and Zoom can be effective, but we're going to tailor something for them going forward."
