Knowing this, Springhill Farm has launched an initiative to help connect people during this difficult time.
Springhill Farm general manager Fiona Whatley told The Courier while video chats let you see and talk to special people in your life, she felt it lacked a sense of personality.
"While zoom group videos are great, we felt there was something personal missing," she said.
"That's where our idea of #shareatimeoutmoment was born."
The initiative was created which would see an envelope and postcard included in Springhill Farm orders, allowing people to write messages and share treats with their neighbours, friends and family.

"People can share the perfect time out treat by writing a message on the postcard, placing the treat in the envelop with their note, leaving them on their neighbours doorstep or slipping them in a friends letterbox - just to let them know they are thinking of them and to share a time out moment," Mrs Whatley added.
Until things return to normal, Mrs Whatley said she believed this way of sharing will go a long way to help those stuck in social isolation.
"You may not be able to go round to your friends place for a coffee, or stop and chat at the shops but you can still share a time out moment in this simple, yet special way."
