The fundrasier annually raises funds to tailor specialised services to the needs of current and former service men and women and their families in areas including crisis accommodation, financial assistance, health programs, employment support and assisting with pension entitlements
RSL Victoria said it made the decision to cancel its face-to-face fundraising with volunteers shortly before the Victorian Government announced stage three restrictions.
"Our volunteers won't be fundraising on the streets this year. But Australians will be able to make an online donation," RSL Victoria chief executive Jamie Twidale said.
Donations can be made at anzacappeal.com.au
