Kombi for a Cause is all about giving back for Ms Garrett, who underwent experimental stem cell therapy in Russia last year to halt her multiple sclerosis.
That process was bolstered by community funding and "out the other side and feeling amazing" the Delacombe single mum feel this is how she can thank the community - with her coffee.
Fifty per cent of profits served up from her driveway will be donated to Ballarat RSL. Springhill Farm has jumped on board with Anzac biscuits and Inglenook Dairy with milk.
"That's part of my business model, 10 per cent of my profits goes to a different cause each month...I thought the RSL was really going to miss out this year, not being able to sell badges, and this is how I can help," Ms Garrett said.
"I guess I'm in a fortunate position in that I had almost $100,000 worth of stem cell therapy ...People were donating to help me.
"Life has changed so much better for my health."

Kombi coffee runs allow Ms Garrett to balance earning an income and looking after her two young children with daughter Kleo now home for school and Nixon at kindergarten.
The kombi has been doing coffee runs across town for about six months but Ms Garrett's blue van is best known by her neighbours, especially now many are isolating at home and needing coffee so close by.
Neighbours are invited to stand nearby, with social distancing, to observe the Last Post on Anzac Day with takeaway coffee and biscuits available in Carina Drive, Delacombe all morning.
Separately this month, Kombi for a Cause has been matching every cup donated via a community Go Fund Me campaign to give free coffees to health workers at the city's two hospitals.
Anzac Day coffees and biscuits start 5.30am. Poppies and Anzac badges also available.
