Ten new players have joined the club to play under new coach Dianne McCormack, who came across from Rupertswood in the Riddell District Fotball Netball League.
McCormack said the recruits were looking forward to a new challenge.
"We are hoping to come in and be competitive and I think we will be competitive in the top two grades," she said.
"Darley hasn't had a great few years and it's our aim to change that."
Tarni Lopes, Kaylee Smith and Amy Giani are the only three to return from Darley's 2019 squad. They will join a new outfit led by Victorian Netball League talents Ailish McCormack and Clare Johnson.
Former Sunbury player Prue Stanley will also feature in the revamped A-Grade side.
Most of the recruits played under McCormack in 2019, winning a premiership in the RDFNL.
McCormack said the group possessed a great chemistry with each other.
"The girls made the decision to join because they love playing with each other," she said.
