An 18-year-old's alleged two-week crime spree ended on Tuesday when he was remanded in custody, after allegedly setting fire to a stolen car and driving at police.

Corey Jacob Blazevicious appeared at the Ballarat Magistrates' Court on Tuesday afternoon after a warrant for his arrest was issued on Monday.
Police allege he is responsible for setting fire to a stolen $20,000 blue Ford wagon in Ballarat East on Monday evening.
Blazevicious is accused of driving a stolen car in the vicinity of two police officers on duty, exposing them to risk and later driving at high speed towards the officers' car that same day.

He is also charged with driving at 'excessive speeds' during a period of 90 minutes on busy Ballarat East streets on Monday, putting others in danger.
In the weeks leading up to his arrest, the 18-year-old is accused of robbing a man of his phone, cigarettes and headphone while armed with a knife on May 19.
He is charged with intentionally causing injury to a person and speeding through a roundabout on the wrong side of the road near pedestrians in Ballarat East, while disqualified from driving, on that same day.
Blazevicious is facing a total of 22 charges.
Other charges relate to the theft of cars from Gordon on May 16, from Lake Gardens on May 13, from Alfredton on May 19 and from Ballarat East on May 21.
Blazevicious is also charged with a petrol drive off, driving unlicensed and stealing registration plates.
The court heard he was on youth justice parole at the time of the alleged offending.
Magistrate Ron Saines remanded Blazevicious to be held in a youth detention facility.
He turned 18-years-old in April.
Blazevicious did not make an application for bail.
He will re-appear at the Ballarat Magistrates' Court for a committal mention on September 3 for the armed robbery and related charges.
