Bailey Kemp has been training with the club through the pre-season, but the Towners have only just lodged his clearance from Kolora-Noorat in the Warrnambool and District Football League.
Kemp has been based in this region for studies at Federation University in recent years and has close friends that play with the Towners.
He has floated between seniors and reserves for the WDFL powerhouse in seasons gone by and has remained a constant threat on goal. In 2019, he booted 32 majors in the reserves and 12 from 10 appearances in the seniors.
He will be a handy addition to a Towners forward line that was lacking a major target last year.
Glenn Wilkins is preparing for his first season as senior coach of the club, which is coming off a ninth-placed finish to the 2019 campaign when under Justin Abrams.
