Six fire crews have battled to control the blaze which was first reported just after 2pm this afternoon. The fire is now listed as contained.
It is understood that there were no residents home at the property at the time the blaze first started.
It is believed that a car could have been in the shed at the time, but investigations are continuing into how the blaze started and crews are expected to be on scene for some time yet.
