Ambulance Victoria has confirmed one person has been taken to the Ballarat Base Hospital following an incident at the GovHub construction site on Mair Street.

Emergency services were called just after 1pm to the site.
A witness said a man on a stretcher was conscious but in noticeable pain as he was loaded into an ambulance.
The person was taken to hospital in a stable condition.
WorkSafe is not involved.
