The announcement comes after the release of further guidelines from Sport and Recreation Victoria earlier this week.
If comes after the Ballarat District Soccer Association cemented a start date of July 12 for all juniors to recommence play.
The new guidelines also permit senior competitive training to commence from July 13 and competitions from July 20.
The BDSA will recommence its senior competitions a week later on July 26.
Spectator gatherings at venues will be restricted to groups of 10, with social distancing protocols maintained between groups.
BDSA boss Herman Bogers told The Courier last week, it was exciting to cement a start date for the association's members.
