Tisdale has been joined on the transfer list by teammates Emlyn Nettleton and Dylan Muscat.
All three are looking to be transferred to West Brunswick in the Victorian Amateur Football Association.
The VAFA board put out a statement last Monday declaring it still had not yet made a decision on the season. It stated that it would meet "on or about" July 6 to make a call and advised that the earliest start date was July 25 with the latest being August 1.
Tisdale spent the last two seasons as senior coach of Daylesford, but had handed over the reins to Hamish Jarrod, who was set to lead the club in 2020 before the Central Highlands Football League board declared on Friday night that the senior season was off.
In 2019, Tisdale was selected to represent the CHFL in the AFL Victoria Community Championships clash with the North Central league.
Nettleton played juniors with the club and returned from a stint away with recruit Muscat in 2018. Both proved consistent senior players for the Bulldogs during the last two campaigns.
Daylesford was one of the 12 members clubs that decided not to put forward a senior team for a potential 2020 season.
