Antonelli returns following two years of travelling.
He will join the club as it prepares to embark on the Football Victoria state league three north-west season.
Antonelli last captained the side in 2016 before joining Ballarat City to play in the National Premier League.
The Vikings took to Facebook to welcome the defender back to the club.
"We welcome his timely return to the club in which he will be a valuable asset at the heart of the club's defence," the post read.
The addition follows the signing of Frenchman Johan Boluda, who signed with the club earlier this year.
He joins the club following a stint at Western Australian state league club, the Dianella White Eagles.
Prior to that he played with French clubs L'Huert, Creys Morestal, Vezeronce and Olympique Les Avenieres.
